Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to the Autumn New Customer Offer (the "Offer") run by Cotta Digital Services Limited (company number 16714780), 3rd Floor, 15 Half Moon Street, London, United Kingdom, W1J 7DZ, trading as Cotta ("Cotta", "we", "us"). The Offer is available to residents of the United Kingdom only.

1. The Offer

During the Offer Period, Cotta will apply a promotional discount equal to 50% of the food and goods subtotal of one qualifying order placed on the Cotta platform (cottavita.com or the Cotta mobile app).

The discount applies to the price of food and goods items only. The service fee (currently £1.99 per order) and the delivery fee (currently £9.99 per order) are charged at their standard rates and are not reduced by this Offer.

2. Offer Period

The Offer is valid for orders placed from [START DATE] at [START TIME] UK time to 31 October 2026 at 23:59 UK time. Orders placed outside this window are not eligible.

3. Eligibility

The Offer is open to customers who:

• are aged 18 or over;

• are resident in the United Kingdom;

• hold a valid Cotta account at the time of redemption; and

• have not previously placed a completed order on the Cotta platform.

One redemption per customer, email address, and household. The Offer is personal to the account holder and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged. There is no cash alternative.

4. How to Redeem

Enter the code 26NEW50 at checkout. The discount will be applied automatically to your qualifying item subtotal once the code is accepted. The code is case-insensitive.

5. What the Offer Does Not Cover

This Offer does not apply to:

• the service fee charged per order (currently £1.99);

• the delivery fee charged per order (currently £9.99);

• orders placed outside the Offer Period.

6. Combining Offers

This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, promotional code, credit, or offer applied to the same order. Only one promotion may be applied per order.

7. Availability

The Offer is subject to product availability and fulfilment capacity on the Cotta platform at the time of ordering. Cotta reserves the right to limit the total number of redemptions under this Offer.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

If an order placed under this Offer is cancelled or refunded in whole or in part, your refund will be calculated on the amount you actually paid for your order, which is the discounted item price, plus the service fee and delivery fee you were charged. You will not be refunded the undiscounted list price of the items.

For perishable goods, cancellation rights and refund entitlements are those set out in Cotta's Customer Terms and Conditions. Your statutory rights are not affected.

9. Misuse and Fraud

Cotta reserves the right to cancel, void, or withhold the discount where we reasonably suspect misuse, fraudulent activity, or a breach of these terms. Accounts involved in misuse may be suspended or closed in accordance with Cotta's Customer Terms and Conditions.

10. Amendments and Withdrawal

Cotta reserves the right to amend, extend, or withdraw this Offer at any time and without prior notice. Any change will not affect a discount already applied to a completed and paid order.

11. General

This Offer does not affect your statutory rights. These terms apply alongside Cotta's Customer Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, which are available at cottavita.com/legal. In the event of any conflict between these promotional terms and Cotta's Customer Terms and Conditions, these promotional terms take precedence in respect of this Offer.
